Continuous Improvement Technician

Purpose of Position:

We are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Technician who will be responsible for enhancing manufacturing and production processes using Lean Manufacturing and other improvement concepts. The Continuous Improvement Technician will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lean principles, problem-solving techniques, and a passion for continuous improvement. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Essential Duties and/or Functions:
