About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Contract Administrator to join our Kerb and Channel team based in Dunedin. This position will provide dedicated contract and administrative support across kerb and channel construction projects, ensuring effective contract administration, accurate documentation, timely processing of contractor claims and strong communication between site teams, suppliers and project managers. The successful candidate will be detail focused, proactive and comfortable working in a busy delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer contract documentation for kerb and channel projects, including preparing and issuing variation notices, contract correspondence and schedule updates in line with company procedures.
