Role: Legal Executive
Location: Mumbai

Role Summary
The Legal Executive will manage end-to-end contracting and legal support for business teams in a fast-paced fintech environment. This includes drafting/reviewing agreements, vendor onboarding, contract execution, CLM administration, compliance coordination, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, amendments, and addendums.
- Ensure contract terms align with business requirements, internal policies, risk standards, and applicable regulations (e.G., DPDPA, contract law basics).
