Provide professional customer services to the General Insurance enquiries from various channels, e.g. Live Chat, Call, Email, Whatsapp, Counter, etc.Maintain our customer services in good quality to achieve customer satisfactionSupport ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned Job Qualifications
