Overview
- Support the Manager, HRBP to implement and manage end‑to‑end human resource strategies and initiatives besides day‑to‑day activities.
- Support the execution of recruitment activities including placing job advertisements, resume screening, candidate shortlisting and interviewing to support manpower needs in line with the Bank and business objectives.
Responsibilities
1) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
- Job Board Management: Post, update, and manage open positions on our careers page.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews and brief phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates for hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule multi‑stage interviews (virtual and in‑person), managing complex calendars for both candidates and internal interview panels.
