Job Description
1. Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management (drafting, negotiation, execution, amendment, renewal, termination) across all business units
2. Develop and enforce standardized contract templates, clauses, and governance frameworks across industries
3. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
4. Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business Units to align commercial and risk positions
5. Drive contract risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and dispute prevention mechanisms
6. Establish contract repository system and ensure data integrity, visibility, and audit readiness
7. Monitor key contractual obligations, SLAs, penalties, and compliance adherence
