Job Description
JD:
Manage and administer project contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, conditions, specifications, drawings, schedules, and other contract documents.
Work closely with project teams to establish and maintain the contract baseline, including scope, commercial terms, technical requirements, and project deliverables.
Review, evaluate, and monitor contract performance, identify contractual risks and issues, and provide timely recommendations for mitigation and resolution.
Coordinate and support contract-related correspondence, variation orders, claims, change management, and dispute resolution processes with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Participate in monthly project meetings and coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, planning, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with contractual obligations...
