Responsible for all contracting activities of the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (Space RCO). Advises the director on all acquisition/business related matters and interfaces directly with  ASAF(A) and SAF/GCQ for all regulatory contracting actions. Develops acquisition strategy and executes all phases of the contracting process in an environment of managed risks. Ensures multiple government services and agency requirements are satisfied.
