Job Description
Brookfield is seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Contractor Monitor / Construction Manager for projects managed from the Brookfield New York offices (either Potsdam, Queensbury, Watertown, or Fulton). This position will report to the Technical Manager with the Contractor Monitor being responsible for overseeing the on-site activities of construction contractors who are performing work at our facilities and will be tasked to ensure that health, safety, security, & environmental standards are strictly adhered to. The Contractor Monitor / Construction Manager will also monitor daily and overall construction progress to verify that quality workmanship is maintained in accordance with applicable construction procedures, methods, codes and specifications, along with maintaining schedules.
