Contractor Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Contractor Compliance Coordinator to support a busy engineering and maintenance team within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating contractor activities, managing permit‑to‑work processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate contractor inductions and site access.
  • Assess risks and issue permits to work for contractor activities.
  • Conduct permit inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain contractor records, training, and permitting documentation.
