Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Contract Management: After a contract is fully executed, ensures that it is distributed to the customer and within Transocean to those who will execute its terms (operations management, rig accounting, treasury, legal operations, projects). In consultation with the supervisor, lead and administer the post signature commercial requirements of the contract, customer requests for variations and amendments, and liaises with field marketing and operations to support the ongoing customer relationship.
- Contract Negotiation: Together with supervisor, review customer proposed contract documents and participate on contract negotiations.
