Job Description

Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with our client, an industry leading company, to recruit a Contracts Administrator for their team based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established business that continues to grow within a dynamic industry.

The Contracts Administrator plays an important role within the business. You will act as a primary contact for engineers, compile detailed reports through Excel, and support daily operational activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main contact for in-house engineers, scheduling callouts and ensuring any required equipment is booked on to the job order.

  • Updating and maintaining the internal system, ensuring information is accurate and issuing any required paperwork/reports to clients.

  • Assisting with travel co-ordination, booking accommodation and travel when required for internal stakeholders and on occasions sub-contractors.
