The ideal candidate will have experience in high-level legal and contracts functions and will support the Contracts Manager in various capacities. Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proofreading various legal documents to ensure accuracy and conformity to company policies and legal regulations. Recommend negotiating contract terms and conditions. Prepare, interpret and verify contracts and associated paperwork to be signed. Monitor existing contracts to ensure timely renewals. Post key contractual language to ensure easy access for all WEST employees. Assist in the development and implementation of various contracts management processes.
