We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Contracts Coordinator to join our growing Heating and Property Maintenance team covering Uxbridge and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who can confidently manage projects, coordinate operational teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
As part of the role, you will regularly visit occupied properties, oversee ongoing maintenance and heating works, coordinate engineers and tradespeople, and provide progress updates to Head Office....
