Job responsibilities
- Prepare purchase and sales contracts, related documents, system data entry, and track execution status.
- Work under the guidance of the Business Manager and maintain effective communication with all upstream and downstream parties in the business chain.
- Assist the Business Manager in handling external contract amendments and disputes.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 3 years of experience in commodities trading, especially iron ore trading.
- Familiar with commodities trading, particularly the spot marketing business model for iron ore.
- Good command of both English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders in China who speak only Chinese, with the ability to independently prepare relevant analytical reports.
