We are currently seeking a Contract Manager or Contracts Attorney to support our client's in-house legal team in a consulting capacity as an independent contractor. This role will primarily focus on contracts related to consumer-facing brands in the pet care sector.

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including service, intercompany, procurement, and commercial contracts
Analyze contract terms, redline agreements, and assess risk in line with established playbooks and guidelines
