Description
We are looking for a Contracts Manager to build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and other business connections.
Maintain contract‐related documents and correspondence.
Present contract information to relevant parties, such as stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide contract administration, review of contract terms and conditions, Paralegal type work, and work with either construction or heavy equipment such as generators or air handling units procurement.
Assist Procurement Managers to prepare and maintain project procurement plan.
Draft and present Single Source Justifications Forms.
Draft and present the preparation of Scope of Work documents.
