Job Description

Key Deliverables:

1. ‎Quantity estimation: Prepare accurate and practical estimates to support fair, competitive, and market-aligned pricing.

  • Quantity Take-off: Derive clear activity-wise quantities from drawings.
  • Rate Analysis: Work out rates considering current materials, labour, and execution requirements.
  • Rate Benchmarking: Compare activity rates with current market standards to ensure competitiveness.

    • 2. Contract Management – Manage large tenders to ensure compliance, optimize pricing, and identify risks, opportunities, and precast scope.

  • Review, evaluate, and manage contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Review costing to build efficient price bid offers

    • 3. Procurement Management: Oversee procurement of materials and services to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing across ICs.
