• Assess and steer the competence assessment process; prepare business interviews and advise on hiring decisions
• Prepare, deliver, and negotiate job offers; provide feedback to candidates and ensure a smooth handover to pre-boarding

• Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers, ensuring expectation alignment and effective communication
