Job Description
Responsibilities
- Primarily develop software from scratch to completion (SDLC) for industrial automation systems.
- The incumbent will design, implement, resolve technical issues, maintain and validate safety-critical control systems.
- Able to contribute to building, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment, ensuring reliability and functionality.
- The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional engineering team and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/Computer with 3-5 years of similar working experience.
- Proficient in PLC programming, configuration, I/O addressing and industry standard communication protocols (e.g. RS232, Modbus, TCP/IP, EtherCAT).
- Knowledge in control systems design, safety compliance documentation, electrical engineering concepts and applications.
