We have an exciting opportunity for a Control Room Operator / Resource Planner to join our team in our Coventry office.

The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and professional Control Room Duties and Resource Planning to Samsic UK Security’s clients, demonstrating the highest levels of Customer Service. The role is vital in ensuring each site has fully trained staff available to complete contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Work 42.5 hours per week on a shift pattern alternating weekly between Monday‑Friday 06:00‑14:30 and 12:30‑21:00.
• Maintain records including holiday, sickness, and hours of attendance at work.
