Control Room Team Leader / Supervisor in the National Operations Centre, Northampton.

Salary: £33,500 per year. Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off – Days & Nights. Permanent, Full‑Time.

This role requires someone ready to step into leadership, owning and improving the Control Room operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Controllers across day and night shifts.
• Monitor live staffing, attendance, welfare checks, and incident response.
• Ensure duress activations and escalations are handled correctly and promptly.
• Oversee workload distribution during peak periods.
• Maintain exceptional accuracy in reporting and incident logging.
• Lead structured handovers between shifts.
• Coaching team members to improve performance and confidence.
• Identify process improvements and drive standards upward.
