Job Description
Control System Inspector required on contract bases for 12 months.
Requirements
- B.E in Instrument/Electrical/Electronics and certified or have comprehensive knowledge and experience of 10 years in control system inspection at refineries or petrochemical plants.
- Strong knowledge of DCS architecture (ABB / Emerson / Honeywell etc.), PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley), SCADA systems.
- Understanding of ESD / SIS systems, Logic diagrams, cause & effect, Interlocks and shutdown logic, FAT/SAT procedures. Basic knowledge of IEC 61511 / functional safety principles.
- Witness and verify FAT and SAT of control systems.
- Ensure correct integration between field instruments and control systems.
- Validate control loops and system functionality as per design.
- Witness ESD system functional testing.
