Controller (Benito Juárez)

We are seeking a results-driven and operationally savvy financial plant controller to serve as the finance leader in the plant. This is a high-impact leadership role for this manufacturing site and across the region/segment/division, reporting directly to the North America regional controller. The financial plant controller will own all aspects of plant-level financial operations by partnering closely with operations, supply chain, and other members of the plant staff management.

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual plant financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze cost drivers, cost conversion variances, and operating margins to provide actionable insights to plant leadership.
• Ensure timely and accurate period-end close activities.

• Oversee inventory valuation, cycle count, and physical inventory processes.
