Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations for a portfolio of medical office properties in Dallas, Texas. This role will guide a small accounting team, strengthen reporting accuracy, and support sound financial decision-making across property and corporate activities. The ideal candidate brings strong property accounting expertise, a command of US GAAP, and the ability to balance day-to-day oversight with strategic financial leadership.

Responsibilities:
• Direct and develop a team of accounting professionals responsible for financial activities across a large medical office real estate portfolio.
• Authorize payment activity, including check runs and wire transfers, while serving as an approved signer on company banking relationships.
• Oversee property accounting and accounts payable functions to ensure transactions are recorded accurately, promptly, and in line with established policies.
