Controller for Accounting Operations in Toronto

Nasco Staffing Solutions seeks a Controller to lead accounting operations from our Toronto office. This hybrid role prioritizes financial reporting, integrity, and effective management.

As a key part of our small but dedicated team, you will oversee general accounting, produce essential financial analytics, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. With your CPA designation and significant experience, you will drive the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes across locations.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and payroll • Generate accurate financial statements and reports • Ensure proper cash management across bank accounts • Collaborate with external accountants for tax matters • Contribute to budget creation and financial forecasting
