Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations for a growing portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role will oversee the accuracy of property financials, strengthen reporting processes, and support strategic decisions through reliable analysis and operational insight. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial real estate accounting knowledge, a hands-on approach, and the ability to create scalable practices in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycle for multiple property entities, ensuring complete and accurate financial reporting.
• Review general ledger activity, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain the integrity of property and consolidated results.
