Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function for a growing construction business in Louisville, Kentucky. This position will guide daily financial operations, strengthen reporting accuracy, and provide insight that supports budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. The role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader who understands construction finance, project costing, and the importance of timely, reliable financial data.

Responsibilities:
• Direct core accounting activities, including the general ledger, payables, receivables, and project-based financial tracking.
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process to ensure complete and accurate reporting within established timelines.
