Controller: managed transport solutions

Key Performance Areas Source and secure suitable transport capacity to meet customer requirements. Negotiate transport rates and service agreements with approved transport providers. Allocate loads to subcontractors in accordance with operational requirements and service level agreements. Monitor load execution and proactively manage any service delivery risks or delays. Communicate effectively with customers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders regarding load status and exceptions. Ensure all transport movements are executed in compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and legislative regulations. Maintain accurate transport documentation and system updates. Monitor subcontractor performance against agreed KPIs and service standards.
