Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations for a substantial residential real estate portfolio. This position will guide financial reporting, period-end close activities, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance while helping the team operate efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate brings deep property accounting expertise, strong leadership capability, and a successful background managing high-volume portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
