Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline5-10 years in accounting or finance covering full-cycle operationsStrong command of GAAP and core accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modelingExperience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage systemsNice to Have
CPA designation or current pursuit of CPA licensureExperience within startup or entrepreneurial organizationsExposure to multi-entity, multi-channel, or multi-currency environmentsFamiliarity with ERP systems and financial reporting toolsResponsibilities
