Job Responsibilities:
岗位职责:
1.Lead CS strategical business plan, business plan & forecast according to PCS HQ, RGC business development on external T/O, cost control and service KPIs, to provide long-term, middle-term directions to the operation, as well as the annual target breakdown to each department consisted with CS goals.
主导客户服务战略业务计划的制定,根据客服总部要求完成业务计划与预测,推动业务拓展,同时进行成本控制并达成服务KPI,为运营提供长期及中期方向指引,拆解年度目标至各部门。
2.Analyze actual external T/O development to provide the business insights to management regarding risks and opportunities, and ensure the target achievement through effective tracking.
分析外部业务的发展情况,为管理层提供有关风险与机遇的业务洞察,并通过有效跟踪确保目标达成。
3.Control cost and direct / indirect headcount to improve operational efficiency and maintain transparency for CS, PCS and RGC departments, and leverage resources among departments.
