Responsibilities

• develop and optimize cnc machining processes for automotive components
• program and adjust g-code to improve cycle times and efficiency
• implement automation solutions using fanuc robots in machining cells
• support production launches (apqp, ppap)
• drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and six sigma
• validate processes through capability studies (cp, cpk)
• provide technical support to production and troubleshoot machining issues
• reduce scrap and rework through root cause analysis
• document processes, work instructions, and manufacturing standards
