Delivery Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve lower‑complexity problems, with moderate instruction on daily tasks.
• Interact with Accenture peers, update supervisors, and coordinate with limited client exposure.
• Make decisions that impact own work and the work of others as an individual contributor on a focused team.
• Provide support in customer query resolution, escalation handling, and complaint management within SLA.
• Close fault and complaints, delivering best resolutions and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Work rotational shifts as required.
• Contribute to the transformation of customer problem resolution into a value‑generating service by leveraging digital marketing strategies.
