We’re looking for a Maintenance Process Lead to take ownership of preventive and predictive maintenance planning, coordinate execution readiness, and help drive reliability across critical assets. In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Line Centric Team, supporting safe, efficient, and high‑performing operations.

What You’ll Do

As the Maintenance Process Lead, you will be responsible for planning and organizing preventive and predictive maintenance activities, coordinating maintenance resources, ensuring required parts are available, and developing both short‑and long‑term maintenance plans for assigned assets. You’ll also maintain accurate maintenance records and support overall asset performance.
