**The Job You Will Perform**:
- Manages employees in the daily production of corrugated products, to include training, planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating employee performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; promoting teamwork; resolving conflicts.
- Maintain daily plant housekeeping standards by assuring the use of established procedures or plans, ensuring a safe, reliable, and contamination-free product.
- Maintain high levels of product and service quality in the corrugating, finishing and shipping departments through actively assisting in the development, implementation, use, auditing, and improvement of standard reliable methods and procedures.
- Stay abreast of people needs and issues in the plant and assure effective resolution of identified issues and needs.
