Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking a Junior Conveyancer & Notary to join their Conveyancing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of conveyancing matters from instruction through to registration, while maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

- LLB Degree
- Admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary
- Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary
- 5 years' post-admission experience advantageous
- Registered with the Legal Practice Council
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Experience handling property transfers, bond registrations and bond cancellations
- Experience with deceased estate transfers advantageous
