  • Must be proficient in Lexis Convey .
  • Extensive experience with:
    • Conventional Transfers
    • Sectional Title Transfers
    • Bond Registrations
  • Exceptional attention to detail when drafting conveyancing documents.
  • Honest, trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Well spoken with excellent communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
  • Professional, neat and able to work well under pressure.
  • Available to commence employment as soon as possible.
