The next Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the CEO, will be responsible of the following activities:
Lead multisite operations, ensuring efficient production, cost control, and top‑in‑class manufacturing standards across facilities in North East ItalyOversee daily operations, liaising with plant production managers and ensure optimal resource utilization across all departmentsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiencyEnsure compliance with quality standards and industry premium practicesManage budgets, financial planning, and performance metrics effectivelyFoster a culture of accountability and innovation across the organizationEnsure compliance with regulations and company policies.
