Main Responsibilities of a Line Cook:

• Preparing work station, all ingredient prep, supplies, etc for service.
• Stretching pizza dough
• Building and launching pizzas into the deck oven
• Cooking pizzas in the deck oven
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
