Job Description
Overview :
- Located at the Cass Lake Service Unit in Minnesota, this role supports inpatient dietary services in a hospital setting. Cooks are responsible for preparing and serving meals to hospital inpatients in accordance with scheduled menus and special dietary orders.
- They maintain kitchen sanitation and adhere to all food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and night nourishments.
- Follow physician-ordered dietary modifications (e.g., diabetic, low-sodium, soft).
