Cook - Lisnaskea, Co Fermanagh

Objective of the role: To prepare and cook healthy, tasty, and varying meals. To ensure all catering facilities are always cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. To maintain the reputation of the catering facility by constantly producing food to the required standard with meticulous attention to detail.

Following the catering notes to ensure all guests are catered for both in terms of the quantity and quality of the meals and for guests with allergens and/or special dietary requirements.

  • 35 hours weekly to include weekends on rota
  • 7am - 3pm or 11am - 7pm as per rota
  • **candidates must be available for both shifts
  • Salary depending on experience.
