Qualifications
Salary: $18.25 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full Time
In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
- The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
- Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.
- Serving food on a line, using a deep fryer, maintaining a clean kitchen
- Ensuring all foods are cooked to a safe temperature
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation.
