Hours: 28.00 – 35.00 hours per week (7 hour shift between hours of 8am and 6pm - over 7 days including weekends and public holidays)

Job Description

To take full responsibility for the management and delivery of catering services, ensuring a consistently high-quality, safe, and compliant service, the post holder will lead and manage the catering team, maintaining full oversight of staffing, budgets, stock control, training, and compliance, while working in a hands-on capacity within kitchens as required. The role involves ensuring all services meet regulatory standards and the needs of service users at all times.
