Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mine Planning Coordinator (Coordenador de Planejamento de Mina) based in Arapiraca, AL. The Mine Planning Coordinator will oversee short-, medium-, and long-term mine plans, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective extraction aligned with production targets and regulatory requirements. This role will coordinate daily and weekly planning routines with geology, operations, maintenance, and processing teams, transforming geological models and resource data into executable mine plans and schedules. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with mine plans, analysing deviations, proposing corrective actions, and optimising equipment allocation, drilling and blasting, loading, and hauling activities.
