Coordinator, Communications & Publicity (FX)

FX is seeking a proactive and highly organized Coordinator to provide support for the FX Communications & Publicity team. The role will provide high-level executive administrative support to the Head of Communications & Publicity and will work closely with the Director, Communications to support corporate communications, media relations and international publicity efforts. This role will also serve as the department’s central operations Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide executive support to the FX Head of Communications & Publicity, including travel coordination, expense processing, and heavy scheduling.
+ Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the communications team, maintaining organized and up-to-date materials, and ensuring seamless information flow.
