Scope

Coordinator-Construction Servicesis responsibleforsupportingthe smooth and efficient operation of the businessunits'contracts and accounts in coordination withtheOperations Manager, Administrative support,and Account Manager. The primary focus of this role is to coordinate the daily deployment movements of staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensuredailyrostered headcount is deployed tothesite.

Customer

• Work closely with internal teams daily on all matters related to employee, HR, Welfare, Transport, Demand Planning,andAccommodation.
• Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries
• Work closely with line management to ensure client requirements are met, addressing any concerns promptly.
