The Coordinator, Operational Experience - Stores, is a key partner responsible for supporting the development, optimization, and execution of store processes that drive efficiency and reduce workload across the fleet. This role plays a critical part in gathering store feedback, benchmarking best practices across industries, and translating insights into actionable training and operational improvements. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support operational excellence across the store network.
