- Serve as the appointed Workplace Safety & HealthOfficer (WSHO) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) for the project,ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously review Workplace Safety & Health(WSH) policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with the Ministry ofManpower (MOM) WSH Act and its subsidiary regulations
- Lead the Risk Management (RM) process, including hazard identification, riskassessment, and implementation of effective risk control measures for allconstruction activities.
- Review, establish, and enforce Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), methodstatements, and permit-to-work systems for high-risk activities such as liftingoperations, work at height, confined space, and hot works.
