This is a dual role: providing essential support to scout our future team members, and ensuring their administrative and human journey is flawless, from day one to payday.

- The art of onboarding: Orchestrate the arrival of new team members (preparing contracts, welcome kits, equipment logistics, and introducing the company culture).
